Le weekend de Pâque les 8, 9 et 10 Avril nous aurons le plaisir de recevoir Arend Dubbelboer pour 3 jours ici à Poitiers. C’est une grande première pour notre tout jeune club de systema à Poitiers qui organise son premier séminaire européen.

"Release of Power - Density & Emptiness"
“La capacité que je vois chez Mikhail Ryabko et Vladimir Vasiliev est de renvoyer et/ou de retirer l'énergie de toute attaque possible. De mon expérience avec ces maîtres, l’effet d’une attaque est complètement annulé systématiquement. On a l'impression de pousser ou d'attraper de l'air, on ressent sa propre tension mais pas la leur. Une autre expérience est que l'énergie que l'on donne nous revient. C'est comme perdre son équilibre à chaque toucher (attaque). Il semble que notre force nous revienne directement.
Lors de ce prochain séminaire les 8,9 et 10 Avril, je veux partager mes compétences et mes connaissances avec vous. Ce ne sont pas les exercices que vous faites, mais comment vous les faites. Comment nous pouvons développer cet état d'être. Un entraînement intensif qui exige de vous d'apprendre non seulement les techniques physiques, mais aussi l'état interne correspondant.”

On the Easter weekend of April 8th, 9th, and 10th, we are pleased to host Arend Dubbelboer for 3 days here in Poitiers. This is a first for our young Systema club in Poitiers, which is organizing its first European seminar.

"Release of Power - Density & Emptiness"
"The ability I see in Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev is to return and/or take the energy away from any possible attack. The experiences I have with these masters is, that an attack completely misses the effect. It feels like you push or grab the air, you feel your own tension but not theirs. Another experience is that the energy you give returns to you. It's like losing your balance with every touch (attack). It seems that your power returns directly to you.
During the upcoming seminar (April, 8 9 and 10th) I want to share my skills and insights with you. It's not the exercises you do, but how you do the exercises. How we can develop this state of being. An intensive training that requires you to learn not only physical techniques but also the corresponding internal state of being."
